Free Standard Shipping

  • Complimentary standard shipping on all orders
  • Standard delivery: 4-7 business days
  • Tracking information provided via email upon shipment

Expedited Shipping Options

  • Express Shipping (2-3 business days): $10.00

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2-5 business days
  • Weekend and holiday orders ship next business day

International Customer Responsibilities

  • Customs & Duties: Customer is responsible for all customs fees, import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by destination country
  • Address Accuracy: Ensure shipping address includes all required information for your country
  • Delivery Delays: International shipments may experience delays due to customs processing

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We Cannot Ship To:

  • P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses
  • Freight forwarding companies
  • Countries with shipping restrictions on dietary supplements

TRACKING & DELIVERY

Order Tracking

  • Tracking information sent via email within 24 hours of shipment
  • Track your order using the EasyPost tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email

Delivery Requirements

  • Signature may be required for orders over $150
  • We are not responsible for packages left unattended per carrier policy
  • If package is returned as undeliverable, customer is responsible for reshipment costs

SHIPPING DAMAGE & LOST PACKAGES

Damaged Packages

  • Inspect package upon delivery
  • Report damage within 5 business days to support@themythicmethod.com
  • Include photos and order number
  • Replacement shipped immediately at no cost

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Contact us immediately if tracking shows delivered but package not received
  • We will work with shipping carrier to investigate
  • Replacement or refund provided after carrier investigation concludes

SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES

Weather Delays

  • Extreme weather may cause shipping delays beyond our control
  • Temperature-sensitive supplements may be held during extreme heat/cold

Holiday Shipping

  • Extended processing times during peak holiday seasons
  • Holiday shipping deadlines posted on website during relevant periods
  • No shipments on federal holidays

Address Changes

  • Address changes must be requested within 2 hours of order placement
  • Contact support@themythicmethod.com immediately
  • Cannot modify address once package is in transit
