  • We will process an immediate refund OR dispatch a replacement product, based on your preference
  • If a replacement is requested, we will use expedited shipping at our expense

3.5 Shipping and Handling Responsibility The Mythic Method will cover all costs associated with replacing damaged products, including:

  • Return shipping labels (if a return is deemed necessary for quality control purposes)
  • Expedited shipping for replacement products

  • The 30-day satisfaction guarantee applies to first-time purchases of each unique Mythic Method product
  • Limit one (1) no-return satisfaction refund per customer per product
  • Damaged product replacements do not count toward the satisfaction refund limit
  • Subsequent purchases of the same product are covered only by our Damaged Product Policy, not the Satisfaction Guarantee

4.2 International Order Considerations

  • For orders shipped outside the United States, please allow seven to ten (7-10) business days for the refund to appear in your account due to international banking procedures
  • International customers are subject to the same policies, though return shipping for satisfaction-based returns remains the responsibility of the customer
  • International shipping costs and customs fees or taxes imposed by the destination country are non-refundable.

4.3 Payment Method Specifications

  • Credit card refunds will be issued to the original card used for purchase
  • Alternative payment methods (PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.) will be refunded to the original payment account
  • In cases where the original payment method is no longer available, our customer service team will work with you to arrange an alternative refund method

4.4 Bulk Order Provisions For orders of three (3) or more units of the same product:
